We must remember that OLE is the one who wants to sell.  Others can sit back and wait and see the feas study and beyond.  There are interested parties but as always it is a matter of price.  They can afford to wait but OLE cannot wait much longer.  They will come to an agreement soon after the study.  Why? Because OLE does have lots of high grade gold and management will eventually merge or get bought out (most likely TGZ) and participate at least financially with stock in the development of the property.

Why would management purposefully delay the feasibility study? They want to include every possible benefit they can find to boost the projects NPV.  They want to sell just as bad and for as high a price as we do.
