The drilling equipment they own is made of .999 proof gold, so it's worth billions once they sell it. Also, they happen to own the patents to the iPod, iPhone, Mac and iPad and are making a sweet 50% royalty fee off of Apple's revenues. This is what I assumed for this 5 cent company that dropped from $3. Are you telling me that this is not the case?
I like how you quote their statements but completely misinterpret what they mean, for instance the $54M deficit.
The point is very simple. The company is in the sales or farm out process, led by CIBC World Markets. A buy at 3.5 to 6 cents is a bet on them being able to extract more than $5M worth for the land. At $23M acres, my bet is yes. If you don't think 23M acres will bring in more than $5M, then you sell and leave the boards. A buy or sell at 3.5 to 6 cents is not based on the garbage you just wrote. And if it is then that person is the dumbest investor ever.
