now we know why share price has been weak

Now we know why the share price has been so weak the last few months. The share price has gone below the 2008 lows despite the apparent progress made with getting the mining license and with getting project financing completed from the development banks.  Some investors with good contacts in CAR must have got wind of the impending rebel campaigns several weeks or even months ago.
