If TECK walks away, it's even better as we will own 100%.....We will see about that.....the sp will be buried...

 
Exactly.  I wouldn't want to be a shareholder if Teck passes on CUU, as I'm willing to bet anybody here that the stock will see a massive selloff if that's the case.
