Correction To exercise the warrants that will be issued to the common shareholders, the price of the stock must reach .06 cents or greater, then you could exercise the warrants and buy shares at 0,02 cents and not at 0.06 cents as stated before. Now the question is, will the stock ever reach the 0.06cents after the dillution, if it occurs, so whoever buys at 0.02 to be able to sell at 0.06cents and make a profit? That is very questionable if and when that ever becomes a reality.
