Nobody, unless they are in trouble sells for the share price of the day. Or the $1.43.  Usually a 30-100% increase on purchase price.  Say on a bad day ARN sells to CP or PBN for $1.88-30% increase over your $1.43.

Nothing wrong for $1.88 in todays market.  Bad for CP though as they got in at $5.08

Even if it sold for 30% over todays price that is $1.35.....i'm happy
