It is quite a delusional stretch, to be quoted in a foreign newspaper in the hope that the vast (Chinese) readership, would take Brian Harris at his word and drive the stock price up, based on his off-the-cuff summary statement as to the "value of the deal."

Yet it is quite another act (NAV) to put those words into a press release and bind them to a LOI or MOU that can be verified by way of a legal document. Therefore, as what has transpired would suggest, anyone risking their $$$ on this 'deal' with the associated statements and to whom, is risking a great deal and would most likely find the smae odds at a roulette table.
