PPS will drive 2013 share price The Payment Processing Services revenue grew by 14% from $10.2 million in 2011 to $11.6 million in 2012.
Mostly as a consequence of this, gross profit increased from $8.4 million in 2011 to $10.4 million in 2012 and as a percentage of revenue grew from 39% to 51%.
If 2013 can add as many new end users in 2013 as was the case in 2012 ( 30 % ), there should be over $5 million added to the cash position, bringing it to over $24 million.
The company needs to outline what it intends to do with all of this surplus cash.
Adding growth should be a priority.
Best bet is an acquisition.
