Yes, interesting point. But you missed mine. 

The Alberta Consortium will have public hearings. The public hearings will highlight environmental concerns. The Consortium will likely be saying that 'stae of the art' safety technology will be used on tanker cars. It's not about whether Kelso met with the Consortium in October to sell product. It's about the huge publicity potential for Kelso for being highlighted as the top product.
