PIMCO New York Municipal Income Fund III (the Fund) is a non-diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's primary investment objective is to seek to provide current income exempt from federal and California income tax. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 90% of its net assets in municipal bonds which pay interest that is exempt from regular federal, New York State and New York City income. The Fund may invest up to 20% of its total assets in investments the interest from which is subject to the federal alternative minimum tax. The Fund also invests at least 80% of its net assets in municipal bonds that at the time of investment are investment grade quality. Pacific Investment Management Company LLC (PIMCO) serves as the Fund's investment manager.

You guys finally got to the point you should have been in the 27th of November.

If you would have listened to sage advice to begin with, you would not have held false hope for the following 6-7 weeks.

Not only did the company make you look like a bunch of clowns before the halt, they made you look like a bunch of clowns long after all hope was gone... I bet they are having a hell of a laugh over that, especially the pleas about "Please, don't anyone sue!"... lmao

The realists in the crowd will take their capital losses when they come; the people who want to make a fool of themselves for a third time in a row will "talk" about suing...

Go ahead and use me as your crying towel, I'm used to it... I get people crying on my shoulder all the time when I speak the truth and they choose not to listen... UNTIL they go look in the mirror and realize how much of a clown THEY really are.
