The term of any options granted under the
Stock Option Plan will be fixed by the board of directors at the time such options are granted, provided that options
will not be permitted to exceed a term of five years. The exercise price of any option granted under the Stock Option
Plan may not be less than fair market value (e.g. the prevailing market price) of the Common Shares at the time the
option is granted, less any permitted discount.

I don't begrudge them some options, my concern is someone may think the SP is suffering because someone had some knowledge of drill results.

 

Email Response from Karen this morning.  Just finished hole #4. Assays should start to come in this week. Intend on releasing results when something of significance shows up---would not likely be just 1 or 2 holes.

If they just finished hole 4 which they are supposedly waiting, how are they going to have assays this week? That seems to be impossibly quick.
