Jacek99, alot depends on your timeframe and what "anytime soon" means to you. The reality for your situation is that you have to first wait to see if the merger actually does go ahead. Second, can the management team actually make the pieces fit together and more importantly work. Personally, I don't think they can...

 On the other side of the coin, if oil prices continue to go up and management actually has a clue on how to run a company (omit the Charger mis-adventure), then yes you will see your $3.25 again. Give it 6 months or so and see what happens...
