Halcro has an agenda
Halcro member since 7/12/2010
On 12/6/2012 13:46 BGM made a NR about : “Barkerville shareholder seeks AGM, new directors”
At 12/6/2012 he began writing 209 posts only about BGM, no other stocks.(Before this date only 10 posts since 7/12/2010). Only Coincidence? 100% not ! Since 12/6/2012 he wrote about 4 posts/day. The direction of the posts are 100% negative to BGM and specifically against Frank. He seems to be a personal enemy of Frank. Maybe someone can find out if halcro is affiliated to D&D. What is sure: He has an agenda in relation to BGM and we’ll find it out.. Also sure: he will attack me now, as he is always doing against all severe shareholders here on the BGM board.
Halcro, declare yourself: What is your intention to bash a stock, that is not tradable? Too much time left beside nosepicking? Too stupid ? No money left for tradable stocks? Broke? If you only want to influence some naive stupid BGM shareholders, then go on with your agenda. 100% it will have no success.
On 12/9/2012 he posted: This is no takeover. The largest shareholder, Rex Harbour (and he's likely already got Sprott on board...as Sprott would love to do that PP @ $1.00), has asked the court to convene an overdue and mandated AGM.It's pretty much a given that the court will tell the company to get its thumb put and call the AGM, already.
Frank will put up his slate, the dissidents will put up theirs, and the shareholders will vote.
Same thing that happened at Mosquito recently, where the incumbents got completely wiped out and the largest shareholder and his nominees (with a closely monitored vote count) got an overwhelming percentage of the votes.
The MSQ incumbents, who controlled the treasury, spent two fortunes (one in December, 2011, and another in October, 2012, hiring two proxy advisor firms, ISS and Glass Lewis, to support their attempt to garner shareholder votes.
When Rex Harbour took on the Maudore incumbents in July, 2012, MAO management nominees also used ISS and Glass Lewis in their effort to get shareholder support. They weren't any more successful than MSQ.
Just watch and see. If ISS and Glass Lewis support Frank Callaghan and his board, then I'll bet that it's bye-bye Frank and hello dissidents.
