I can't recall where I read it or perhaps an interview but didn't Hassan say in regards to a JV that they were waiting to see what the pai pai well would show and if it was a commercial discover (hopefully a real boomer) then that would obviously make securing a JV with a major easier and possibly with better terms than before the well showed what was/wasn't there?

Perhaps this is the reason for what some claim is a delay in announcing a JV and was the plan all along? Perhaps tenantive deals with majors(depending on the well results) are already drwan up and shortly after the results are out SMB announces a good JV deal????

Just saying with all the cry babies on the board that some of us longs still believe we're on track and good news could still be coming our way in the not so distant future.
