I can think of one material change which would require a special meeting of the BOD; A settlement offer from LogMeIn based mainly on a merger buyout share swap. It would explain the pounding the sellers have hit the stock with to keep the share price lower than it should be. Right now 20 ONE shares equals 1 LOGM share and what it should equal is at least 12 ONE shares (@$1.66) or 10 ONE shares (@$2.00) for one LOGM share. Even that is too low. 6 ONE shares (@$3.33) for one LOGM share sounds about right.
