Food for thought.. Premier Royalty is trading at a market cap. of ~$190 million with $40 million cash.  Forward cash flows are estimated at about $7.5 million before G+A.

 

SND is trading at a market cap. of ~$150 million with $20 million cash.  Forward cash flows are estimated at about $15 million before G+A (assumes a bit of a slower ramp up of Bracemac-McLeod).

 

Trading cheaper, with more cash flow!
