Good find again Nofool.  I guess my celebration was a bit too premature, I didn't do my due dilligence, but you did.  In regards to Athos' potential control, I think that CVI's potential holdings (±40%) after the offer, CVI simply needs to start increasing production to increase price valuation and a potential take over would likely be less and less probable.
