RE: RE: RE: Jim
There seams to be a big disagreement on this board about Jim professionally and personaly .
Once Headway was dropped and North Madsen was reduced while Monument bay took the center stage Jim probably felt left out and he saw the writing on the wall, there was little incentive for him to continue. Especially since the main projects within the company (MB) already had a manager which in my opinion dealt with the project like a CEO whether on demand or on his on initiative.
(All JMO).
Well to my knowledge Jim left the company on his will but was it orchestrated by the BOD, Institutions and the MB Manager is for me a ?? mark.
I try to never underestimate the influence/power of Institutional investor groups and the BOD of Juniors.
Jim is a hands on manager and The BOD probably make the deals on the Golf course.
For me the whole deal is a very grey area but I sure hope that the new Arrangement within KBG is a good deal for the SH.
I think Jim is a very integer professional person and much committed to his work I have as I said before full confidence in him.
Much more then in the MGP BOD bunch including the "Wheeler Dealer" Downie.
About Kuntz one cannot say much, since he is President and CEO (Interim) not much came out of the company in form of SH information, hope there is more going on at the projects managed by him in the back ground. I just do not have the supporting evidence for full confidence in him (yet).
Keep the fingers crossed, as some suggest here the truth should come out soon.
