When you increase production you do have estra expenses that have to be paid right away and your extra revenue gets deferred. But that whole argument became rather specious when they reported cash going UP to $19 million in Q4. So if they have to spend an extra million or 2 in January to get their production increased it is just not a big deal. They will get that extra reenue coming in by March/ April at the very latest and then all will be not just fine but even better than before.
And yes their cash costs are on the high side. But this new plan is supposed to reduce cash costs by about 10%. And with silver over $30 and production around 700,000 oz per Quarter we are comfortably profitable. Good luck on your new companies. They may be better investments than USA. But USA is not going broke in the near future and is likely to go up markedly if the price of silver stays above $30 and Blassutti hits or comes near his production targets.
