Sorry, I disagree and we will find out tom. U could b right & I could b wrong.

High level of investment for long term involves more than deadline. Simple way saying, when u have a big regular customer, who gave u the money to start your business; and he is trying to give more money to make your business bigger and getting involved with other invester; then u need to b patient and make the person relaxing and comfortable to give u and help u get money from other people/investor.

VVI: By the way, ADV has/have to wait for approval of environmental assessment to start Kami construction.
