This would also explain the 1.54M trade earlier this week from RBC to RBC.  If the offer is fulfilled and the outstanding shares drops to 78M, with Calvalley's ownersip, Athos and Morgan there won't be a lot of shares that will be floating when the good news are starting to be released.
