Opinions on Buy More or Sell

Anyone selling at these levels? It's usually buy on rumor sell on news. No news yet. Stock is not running up quickly keeping a steady pace. We still have a coule of catalyst's around the corner. UMU-10 news. Agreegment with Shell. We also broke out to new level on technicals. I see alot of institutional buying mmt.v. Opinions anyone?
