Painful development for the LT. And again, depend on third-party infrastructure is something you have no influence. Bad timing for some iron ore plays in the LT. But better today than tomorrow.

The mood of the people in Quebec seems not to be a very favourable jurisdiction for mining compagnies. The railway has to go through this region. Much better to have your own scalable infrastructure and no dependence on third-parties.

With these mega projects you should do something for the locals and the environement. John is on the right way with LNG and the JV for the port facilities. Slow and steady. But I have to admit sometimes it seems too slow. Anyway. At the end we will see which plan will materialize. The slowest can be the fastest. Who knows....;)
