RE: Interesting Discussion(s) - ADEX Update

Recent communication with Adex:

---------------------------------------------------------------------

Thank you for your e-mail and for your interest in Adex Mining Inc. (TSX-V: ADE).

The company’s most recent news announcement relates to senior management changes. It was announced on November 12, 2012 that Linda Lam Kwan has taken an indefinite medical leave and Mr. Yan Kim Po has since assumed the role of Interim President and Chief Executive Officer in addition to his duties as Chairman of the Board. A search for a President and Chief Operating Officer is underway.

Adex’s ultimate goal is to reach production as quickly and efficiently as possible to maximize shareholder value. The initial focus is to move forward with developing the Fire Tower Zone. The metallurgical feasibility testing required to advance the Fire Tower Zone is still underway. Adex hopes to make a potential production decision sometime in 2013 followed by full production within two years thereafter.

With regards to water management, as stated in the news release dated October 3, 2012, Adex is required by March 31, 2013, to submit to the New Brunswick Department of Environment & Local Government a mine water management plan including a cost report on the plan, a tailings flood plan and contingency plan, and an updated sludge cell project proposal and timeline to complete. The approval also sets parameters for the operation of the new mine water treatment facility to be approved and constructed. The company is working diligently on the plan to meet the deadline, and an update will be provided as warranted.

In terms of upcoming events, Adex will once again be exhibiting at PDAC 2013, a world-renowned mining event. If you plan on attending the show held in Toronto, we encourage you to drop by Adex’s booth #2337.

Cheers

Stanley
