I do not know any management of any serious company that is interested to take the share price down for their own profit. This is totally nonsense. If you believe that you could no longer believe in them.

However not any of your questions is a fact.

The facts are 100 clear and now you can read the same I wrote yesterday from other sources:

Quest announced a delay in the delivery of its PFS. Quest has announced a 6 month extension for the delivery of its PFS work, which is expected to have significant capital cost escalation.
