Investorknot,  good question!

As a shareholder, I certainly hope that with the solid commitment by the KORES, financial institutions will feel the risk is now acceptable and provide the necessary resources.  Financial institutions have guidelines and models, which often change as the World economic pictures changes---We were caught a period of tightening credit ie risk aversion.  My guess is that the other large shareholders are working very hard to obtain the needed financing, so if you a glass-half-full type---Yes, the financing will be secured and we will retain a higher %.  If you’re a glass-half-empty—No, and 10% is what we will end up with. 

As for the Intrinsic Value for the current stock ---at today’s market price, is deep undervalued, even at a worst case of 10%---the market value should be in the range of 60-80 cents…..depending on assumptions.
