McCreath, Insiders & Schaefer

Andrew McCreath gave a thumbs up to Manitok's guidance:

https://watch.bnn.ca/#clip863184  at the 7:07 mark.

Insiders continue to buy.  Dorothy Else bought 13,000 shares @ $2.93 back in November and Robert Dales just bought 8,000 shares @ $3.12 - 3.13 on January 25th.  I put more stock into the insiders than I do to the author of the Oil & Gas Bulletin.  You know, the guy who advised his readers to invest in PSN.

Last night's guidance was conservative.  The CEO is a Finance guy.  He knows rule #1 : under-promise, then over-deliver.  There is no benefit to anyone for guiding  to a higher number.  Meeting a higher number gets no more of an upside benefit.  There is asymmetric risk/reward.  So pick a number that is an absolute slam-dunk, then beat that number.

The cash-flow and cap-ex numbers are very good.  Investors can clearly see this company can execute without need for more capital.  Well-run, boatloads of experience, conservatively managed.  I bought some more today.
