Depending  on  how  much   is   gas  versus   oil  , operated  versus  non  operated    this  might   make   AVF   worth  about    1.50   .  Given  the  way  the  market  is  today   could  trade  at   1.00  .    Hope  somebody  can  paint  something  more  positive.
