For now I guess.................Remember they will need to go to the market for money soon and will most probably be diluting then

.By doing this consolidation it makes it more pallitable for new investors. however for those of us that have been here for years.........well it just feels like a Forbes Manhattan company does it not?

Not Happy with the timing of this.

Someone see a silver (er gold) lining in this?
