We have been stagnant in the $2.00 range for the last 8 months. I was looking for a near term catalyst of an acquisition to get things going with another one being Stella either late this year or early next. It seems the market only likes stories (buy on rumour) not facts (sell on news). We now have a story and if that is what it takes to get our share price moving, then I am all for it. Don't get me wrong as I am a long term Ithaca supporter who plans to hang around to see what happens with Stella. I agree with management that these guys (JEC) may not have the experience, but perhaps Ithacas board has a wee bit of tunnel vision and could benefit from some new ideas. All IMHO of course.
