RE: DON'T DISPAIR

RE: DON'T DISPAIR

The only large money in play today was session long selling by Goldman. Don't see any large insider purchases to note, no participation in any investor conferences, persistent selling the last three and a half months with the shares trading down from $3 a share to today's $2.13 close. In that span TBE has lost almost one third of its market cap. Production has gone down from 19,200 boe/d. I don't think the market differentiates large and small money...it is all the same. TBE is a $532 million firm producing 17,800 boe's/d or $29,900 per flowing boe. Investors large or small can collect an 8% plus dividend.  You can buy, hold or sell. Right now the trend is to sell. How long this continues is anyone's guess. A repeat of the last 3 1/2 months with another .87 a share sell down and TBE will be trading at $1.26 a share by 5/31 but will be yielding over 12%. At that point the market cap will be around $315 million or $17,600 per flowing boe.
