Not sure. They have blown $50 - $60 million drilling and finding mostly water. They need more capital so I would say this is pickled at the current share price or monumental dilution needs to occur. They could turn the water into oil mind you LOL

Sheldon I. Put a really good clause in the company that he gets 10% of profits via bonus (maybe he should subsidize all the loses)
