i know i dont typically relie on old NRs but this one dated jun 19 2012 states that IMC would decide on wether or not to go ahead with the deal by the end of THAT month. its in writing......

And here we are talking about the imc deal like its still alive. Hate to say it guys. and i have nothing to gain by saying it because I hold a ton of shares, but i think this deal is dead, and its been dead for awhile. I think Goodman is on the board to add credibilty to the share price doesnt go to 0. Im assuming they are working on a plan B and thats why we dont know what the %^#$ is goin on. I feel it in my gut that this is whats going on.
