And if the CEO and his wife resigning unexpectedly is a non-news event what DO you consider a news event?  I know if that had happened with Apple Computer in 2005 it wouldn't have nearly the market cap it has today.  Job's dying was bad enough, but if he'd resigned without comment it would have been interpreted as a HUGE vote of no-confidence in the company by its CEO.

 

I'm long WOF, but even I consider the replacement of the CEO without explanation to be troubling at the very least.
