its hard to know what to buy ,best to buy both  ,take a look at NCR  joint ventire with VSR it has 1100 acres sharing the same border as  LOT/   if LOT has a good  NR then the closer the better  / it looks to me also NCR own 100 percent of  670 hectares known as the Lac Irene property,, take a look and it would be good to get your opinion
