Does   it  look   like  the  merger  is  a  go  when  Charger   is  selling  at   40%   LESS   than   it  would  be  worth   if  the  merger  went  thru  (  .24  vs.  .40 )  ?   or  do  the  Charger  shareholders   see the  writing  on the wall    that  says     NO  MERGER  ?    causing  them  to   SELL   at   .24  ?
