I know we have been told we have the best patent lawyers and so far that appears to be the case but what happens if Novartis is successful with their challenge? What are we worth then? All we'll have is Lumisort and Urokinase.

Why can't one of these companies just strike a deal? Are we asking too much? Even if one of the companies bought us out at $5/share that would be cheap I'm sure for them given the shares outstanding and they could sell the other patent to the other company and sell off Urokinase to boot and probably come out with their deal costing close to nothing.
