Oh boy do we ever. Where there's honest people there's also greedy crocks. Montreal was and probably still is the center of this corruption, also I heard it happen in Alberta and God knows in how many jurisdictions . In Montreal the problem might be a little more difficult to eradicate because it involves the Mafia which is intertwine in the fabric fibers of that society.

How come you still don't have title to your house ? How come you bought it without it ?
