Agnico-Eagle, a shareholder in Kimber, should come in & offer an 80% premium ($0.36/share), scoop up this asset, and kick out this ridiculous management team and board.  Note:  I have owned this stock since 2004 (purchased at much higher levels), and have watched the slow-motion value destruction.
