CUM is launching a new VP of Operations, hopefully he brings real life tangible abilities to the table and is not just a rubber stamp for the staus quo that has been loathfully ineffective reducing large rocks to small rocks and separating mineral from waste while fostering an us against them workplace ethos reminiscent of the 1960s. I prefer to believe he will be infuential in turning this place around for the benefit of all. The daily production numbers speak.
