There is a report out of China (and this is through some people i know) that over the last 5-6 years, the Chinese have spent over $200Billion investing in iron ore projects around the world.  That's right not 200 million but 200 Billion...and apparenenly they have gotten nothing out of it and the government is not happy.  I'm not saying this deal is dead but if you don't think that Hebei is being cautious and careful, do not kid yourself.  So to say it makes no sense for Hebei to back out is a little bit of an understatement.  Again I'm not saying they will,  be the deal might be different than originally planned.  And for what reason you ask??  They might actually say we will lose $62 million now if we back out but if we don't, there is the chance we will lose hundreds of millions.  Investing in the junior miners is very risky and you never know what to expect....
