The filing  and  the  link  are  clear.

They buy shares  at a  discount (5%)  through  their  salaries  under  an  employee  purchase  plan.

Although  they  have  the  option  to  not   do  it,  all  5   insiders   (CEO,  CFO   etc.)   keep  adding.

FACT.
