Mount Kellet is still an institutional shareholder, the dryfus lawsuit for 250 million is not going to suceed - I've been in this situation with a stock as well FIU, the lawsuit was probably introduced to drive the share price down and keep 250 million in baja coffers for shareholders- at the end of the day the rules on the TSX protect shareholders to an extent, as long as Baja is listed on the TSX you can expect that you will recover your losses to an extent as long as you average down far enough.

At least that's my plan - I'm at 0.18/share, looking to average down to around 0.12/share after March 31 - I'm curious to see whether we see a news release by next friday concerning the standstill agreement.
