If you really want to know... it's the heart of the Canadian economy (resources). If our government knew anything about governing (far stretch) they would know what to do. Think of how important this sector is and think about what regulators have done to give it some incentive. Have a good holiday all... will try to keep in touch now and then over the weekend - although this has been a slow week.
