Its very difficult if not impossible to determine exactly who is buying or selling on a day-to-day basis, unless of course its reported by the exchange by an insider transaction.

Looks like there is accumulation going on at this level before the next run-up.  Good to know spring breakup will have little impact on Arcan's production & activities, as the all-weather roads provide year round access and drilling has slowed considerably.  Waterflooding will continue regardless of the wet & mucky conditions.

It will be interesting to see where they are at when they release their Q4/YE report.
