PAW ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO THE BOARD

David Paull and Darryl Levitt from Pacific Wildcat Resources Corp.'s board will step down effective April 1, 2013, to pursue other interests as the company transitions to a development stage. Both board members have provided valuable contributions to the advancement of the company's assets throughout their tenure. Mr. Paull and Mr. Levitt will continue to consult to the company as required.

PAW chairman Terry Lyons said, "We would like to thank David and Darryl for their excellent contribution to the PAW board, and we look forward to the next phase in the company's development."
