We missed the big hit last year when other juniors dropped 500-800% in value. The fact our SP hasn't freefallen I think tells a story in itself.
The current graphite market is in decline and FMS has the funds in hand to maintain its operations for the next several years without having to go back to the market.
Offtakes will put future funding issues to bed permanently and enable financing. FMS remains is a serious new player in the market.
FMS shareholders own 40% of Grafoid, an asset that has yet to be valuated. The graphene story keeps getting larger and if you've been following developments, I think the time is closer than we think to the first round of market monetization.
We'll have some idea later this year when the Samsungs and Dow Cornings and other majors enter the picture.
