RE: TSX-V capitulation selling soon ?

RE: TSX-V capitulation selling soon ?

It's hard to see any bottom before summer at the earliest. As has been mentioned and discussed on articles on Stockhouse there are hundreds of resource companies which have discovered nothing worthwhile, run of money, can't raise more and need to be cleared off the TSX Venture.   The PDAC convention was their last hope and that`s gone now.  The exchange is cluttered with too many useless companies. Once they are dumped things should look up for the survivors. Unfortunately some good companies might also get swept away in the process.

Gold is interesting to watch. It`s selling off in a clear down trend which must utterly frustrate and confound the gold bugs. The die was cast months ago though when stories surfaced that the hedge funds were selling their holdings. What analysts, brokerages houses and soothsayers predict is irrelevant - when the big guys get out you know what`s really going to happen. When gold finally does turn around that will perhaps be a sign for a general mining turn around.

And now back to the game, current score:  Bear Market 10, Investors 0
