Trucking to Polymet might not be cost effective due to fuel cost.  And the incredible volume of ore could overwhelm the roads (80000 tpd throughput means 2000 truckloads of 40 tons).

Chilean underground mines are good reference points.  El Teniente is 130000tpd by block caving with a grade of about 0.9%Cu and 0.02% Mo.
