As the project moves forward, the people who were brought on the move the project past certain points will move on as their function is complete. New people will be brought in to move the project along past a further certain point,
As for me, when presented with with information about the departures, I had a mental image of a snake shedding its skin. That is to say that this is a natural process and progress of nature.
